This website is all about business improvement, but why do we need it?
If you subscribe to the old saying “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!” you may find your business rapidly overtaken by others. Most importantly the need for improvement is driven by others. Our Customers, Our Employees, Our Shareholders, Our Partners, Government, etc.
But improvement also involves change - beneficial change - and that is where the big challenges lie. Many people are reluctant to change, so we must learn to identify and harness creativity and innovation to drive changes in our work and enable us to do more with less!
